In the U.S. and Latin America
This is a Press Release edited by StorageNewsletter.com on December 3, 2009 at 2:57 pmRebit, Inc., the company dedicated to backup for PC users, announced that SED International Holdings, Inc., a multinational distributor of computer technology, consumer electronics and small appliances, has joined its channel of Rebit Authorized Distributors. SED now offers Rebit appliances and software CD products to its channel partners, focusing primarily on SMB, VAR, and Consumer Electronic markets in the U.S. and Latin America.
“For nearly 30 years, SED has developed an enthusiastic and strong customer base of over 10,000 channel partners and retailers because they provide quality products specific to the SMB and Consumer Electronic markets,” said Charlene Murphy, executive vice president of sales and marketing, Rebit, Inc. “The Rebit product line is a natural fit, and it is a privilege to welcome SED to our family of Rebit Authorized Distributors.”
“The market has demonstrated an appetite for backup and recovery solutions that are complete, fully automated, and extremely easy-to-use,” commented Rob Kalman, vice president, U.S. Marketing, SED International. “Rebit’s products are already generating tremendous interest and we are proud to distribute Rebit to our channel partners.”
Rebit’s backup and recovery is so simple, it actually gets used. Rebit provides complete and continuous backup of Windows-based computers. No setup. No configuration. No scheduling. No buttons. Unlike competing products that only copy data, Rebit also protects applications, individual settings, and the entire operating system. It even maintains multiple versions of files as they change. In the event of a complete hard drive failure, a virus, or the accidental deletion of a file, Rebit provides painless recovery using the familiar ‘drag and drop’ feature of Windows Explorer.
