StorMagic SvSAN High-Availability Kit

StorMagic announced a High-Availability (HA) kit of its SvSAN solution that allows organisations to benefit from advanced VMware virtualisation features, which enable Business Continuity (BC) without having to incur the costs traditionally associated with shared storage.

High Availability has become a mandate for most businesses irrespective of their size, IT budgets, or even the current economic climate. However, many IT administrators today do not have the resources to deploy HA features, because they cannot afford the cost and complexity of the shared storage, one of the elements required in order to activate these features.
 
StorMagic’s SvSAN HA Kit gives organisations the shared storage they need to unlock HA features such as VMware High Availability (HA), VMware VMotion and VMware Distributed Resource Scheduler (DRS), maintaining online applications and constant accessibility.
