Compellent Announces Pricing of Public Offering
$19.25 per share to try to get a total of $64 million

The shares of common stock sold in the offering include 100,000 shares sold by Compellent and 3,240,000 shares sold by existing stockholders. Compellent has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 500,000 shares of common stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions, to cover over-allotments, if any.
Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated and Piper Jaffray & Co. are acting as joint book-running managers of the offering. Thomas Weisel Partners LLC, Needham & Company, LLC, Pacific Crest Securities LLC, Merriman Curhan Ford & Co., and Craig-Hallum Capital Group are acting as co-managers.
