Paul Guerin CEO of Rebit
He succeeds Lew Frauenfelder who continues as chairman.

Mr. Guerin has succeeded Lew Frauenfelder, who has chosen to step down from day-to-day management and will continue to serve as chairman of Rebit’s Board of Directors.
Mr. Guerin has more than 20 years of leadership experience with companies including IBM, Lotus, and GTSI Corporation. He has held senior executive positions at technology startups Beyond Incorporated, Torrent Systems, and Digital Archaeology. Most recently, he served as CEO of Jabber, Inc., which was successfully sold to Cisco/Webex.
