Atempo and Exanet Partnering

Atempo, Inc. and Exanet, Inc. announced a technology partnership that certifies the compatibility of Atempo Time Navigator and Atempo Digital Archive (ADA) with Exastore Clustered NAS.

The new certifications deliver Atempo’s powerful, feature-rich backup, recovery and file archiving capabilities to Exanet’s high performance, scalable storage system, resulting in joint solutions that are optimized for data-intensive organizations, particularly those in media and entertainment markets.

Atempo Time Navigator enables medium to large-size organizations to manage data seamlessly throughout its lifecycle. In addition to providing critical data protection, the software’s powerful Time Navigation capability allows users to restore files quickly and effortlessly from any point in time off any tier in a storage environment. Atempo Digital Archive enables the automated and end-user triggered movement of data from primary disk onto archival media. It seamlessly integrates into the most complex digital workflows to help organizations improve the overall management of their digital assets while significantly reducing storage costs.

Both products complement the Exastore Clustered NAS, which provides more IOPS per file system, per server and per disk than any other solution, and maximizes performance by using quad core CPU technology.
