VAR Artemis Technology Purchases Assets of VSD Technologies

Artemis Technology, LLC has completed the purchase of selected assets and liabilities of VSD Technologies, Inc.

VSD was recognized in the Midwest as a leading technology consulting firm, VSD is experienced in providing a full suite of consulting services for midmarket enterprise customers including virtualization, storage management, storage services, engineering services and full application support. The joining of these two technology forerunners will result in the delivery of broader consulting services and implementation expertise to the Information Technology market.

The company has acquired the assets, including goodwill, and other intangible assets, including all sales lead information, trade secrets, customer lists, proprietary information and all business forms; plus a list of the professional services customers of VSD Technologies, Inc.
