2TB HDD at 7,200rpm From Hitachi GST Coming Soon?

On its Web site, US distributor J&R has begun to offer the Hitachi HD32000IDK7, a 2TB 3.5-inch SATA HDD rotating at 7,200rpm. The unit, proposed for $269.99, is not available but "coming soon" and supposed to be available next September. Hitachi GST has not officially released this product that could be the fastest 2TB device on the market.

Only WD and Seagate are currently manufacturing 2TB HDD, at around only 5,400rpm and 5,900rpm respectively.
