Apple A/V RAID Solution Announced by Condre Storage

Condre Storage, Inc., a solutions distributor and provider of high availability storage solutions, have created the Pixie RAID, an Apple optimized AV RAID, built on Atto Technologies proven ESAS-R380 RAID card for outstanding capabilities and performance.

The Pixie was designed with flexibility, ultra high throughput, green technology and portability in mind. It is capable of up to 4.5 streams (650MB/sec.) of (10 bit), 1080i, Uncompressed HD video and measures only 8”x8”x5”.

Starting as the price/performance/portability leader in the market at only $4,495 MSRP for 4TB’s of SAS powered RAID storage.
