CFO Paul Zeller From VP to Senior VP at Imation

He joined the company as part of 3M in 1986.

Imation Corp. announced the promotion of Paul R. Zeller to the position of senior vice president and chief financial officer (CFO).

imation_paul_zeller_senior_vp_and_cfo Zeller was most recently vice president and CFO for Imation, a position he has held since August 2004. Zeller, with more than 27 years in the finance field, has responsibility for all aspects of Imation’s global corporate finance functions. Additionally, Zeller has responsibility for the company’s global information technology (IT) function and office administration.

Paul has made significant contributions to Imation not only through his leadership of Imation’s finance, IT and office administration areas worldwide, but also through his work as a core member of our senior strategy team at Imation,” said Frank Russomanno, vice chairman and chief executive officer of Imation. “As part of our transformation to a brand and product management company, Paul has been integral to the evaluation and execution of key strategic business acquisitions Imation began in 2006, including Memorex, the TDK media business, Memcorp and XtremeMac. We are very fortunate to have such a seasoned and well respected CFO on Imation’s senior executive team.”

Prior to his 2004 appointment to CFO, Zeller was vice president and corporate controller for Imation, with responsibility for all Imation global financial operations. He first joined Imation as part of 3M Company in 1986, and held a variety of leadership positions of increasing responsibility in the companies’ finance organizations. He began his business career at the public
accounting firm Coopers & Lybrand in 1982, passing the CPA
(Certified Public Accountant) exam in 1983.
Zeller holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Minnesota.
