CMP is a Single Mailbackup and Restore solution, which reliably protects e-mail data and substantially relieves existing infrastructures.
CMP secures e-mails immediately after they are being sent or received. Furthermore, users may also secure old e-mail data with the integrated Mailimporter so that it can be deleted from the server. The appliance offers users maximum comfort: A powerful full text search, which also encloses e-mail-attachments, allows the quick location of requested content. Moreover, the retrieval of secured e-mails is effortlessly possible by a simple mouse click and without any help from system administrators.
Also represented at the ARTEC booth were the software supplier BakBone as well as the partners ELD, novalist IT and Systrade.
Continuous Mail Protection allows the continuous protection, quick location and effortless retrieval of e-mails. "We want to demonstrate, that the protection of e-mail-data does not have to be restricted to tax and law related issues", says Friedhelm Peplowski, Director Sales and Marketing at ARTEC. "According to our experience, users look for the business relevant advantages of a solution. And that is exactly what we are offering with CMP. With EMA we have a proven approach to regulatory compliant archiving that CMP-users may benefit from at any time by a simple software update."
