A-Data Financial Results for February 2009

A-DATA Technology Co., Ltd., the memory module company in Taiwan, announced that net sales for February 2009 totaled NT$2,125 million.

In comparison to January 2009, February 2009 monthly sales revenue grew 25.19%. And in year-on-year basis, the sales revenue increased 0.95%. As to monthly product mix, DRAM accounts for 36.58% and NAND accounts for other 63.42% in total sales.

DRAM sales revenue increased to NT$777 million, up 13.76% month-over-month. NAND sales revenue was increased 32.94% month-over-month to NT$1,348 million.
