VShield Software Corp. has acquired Trust Vault. The Trust Vault is an on line, fully interactive, real time, data storage and management utility tool, specializing in facilitating online financial transactions in a secure environment. Clients can use the Trust Vault platform to process a variety of financial transactions online enabling customers to upload sensitive credit information and approve these transactions in an automated manner.

It can process initial applications and ongoing transactions for franchises, credit cards, collections, residential mortgages, direct and indirect loans, wireless services, commercial loans and also provides back-end operating tools to support sales organizations and valuable real-time information to assist customer service representatives.

The acquisition broadens the Company’s suite of software services and capabilities.
