Moondog Digital’s ArchiveRip Gold Package
A CD conversion process
This is a Press Release edited by StorageNewsletter.com on February 13, 2009 at 3:40 pmBecause audiophiles require perfect sounding music, Moondog Digital LLC has announced a complete and thorough CD conversion process. With costs exceeding 4 dollars per CD, Moondog Digital’s ArchiveRip Gold Package is targeted at the most demanding music collector. The process is designed to ensure every single bit of audio is extracted and the music collection is physically restored and preserved.
“CD archiving is an exacting process where all variables need to be controlled,” said Craig Kelker, President of Moondog Digital. “By hand picking products and tools to ensure the collection is converted perfectly, Moondog can provide a service that true audiophiles can be confident in. We consulted with industry experts, like Wadia Digital, to formulate the media restoration procedures and certify that our ArchiveRip service provides all necessary steps for the highest quality service. With pricing between $2 and $4 per CD plus shipping, we can offer the exact process that true audiophiles desire.”
ArchiveRip has three levels of services:
- The Bronze package provides the core steps to deliver bit-perfect extraction.
- The Silver package adds additional restoration and preservation processes to the physical library.
- The Gold package was designed to assist customers in every portion of the process including onsite packing and shipping.
“Moondog’s standard CD ripping service, which we have offered since 2004, still provides the ideal solution for most consumers looking to painlessly complete the digital transformation. At $1.50 per CD including shipping, it will continue to be our most popular offering,” Kelker concluded.
Offsite Backup Service is now available from Moondog Digital. Moondog Digital will place a copy of the digital collection in their temperature controlled vault away from the threats of viruses, hard drive failure and catastrophes.
