ServRight With Bolder Data Solutions Partner

Offering help desk, onsite service, and remote archive management for Plasmon optical libraries and archive appliances

Marty Evans, Vice President of ServRight, a U.S. technical services provider, announced that the company, in partnership with Colorado’s Bolder Data Solutions, will offer help desk, onsite service, and remote archive management for all Plasmon optical libraries and Archive Appliances.
 
In addition to the launch of new support programs for Plasmon products, ServRight will also offer, for a limited time, a solution for customers that have Plasmon contracts that are no longer valid. ServRight will provide up to 6 months coverage at no charge (copy of existing contract will be required) with the signing of a ServRight one year support agreement. "Through our partnership with Bolder Data Solutions, ServRight can not only service Plasmon optical libraries, as we have done for many years, but we can now also deliver technical software support and remote archive management services to our Plasmon customers," said Evans.
 
"We have modeled our Plasmon service offering on our successful and affordable Signature SLA model, which gives ServRight’s customers the benefit of consistent budgeted costs – not to mention custom programs that can include library storage, scanners, servers, workstations, tape and SAN, printers and document finishing products," said Evans.

For Archive Appliance customers
there will be 2 programs:

  • Signature Plasmon Plus contract service offers expert telephone support and onsite hardware services for Plasmon Archive Appliance products.
  • Signature Plasmon Platinum contract service includes software and onsite support, but also an extra support benefit previously not offered to Plasmon customers – remote archive management services. And Platinum support annual costs are less than Plasmon Plus service.

"And for those customers who require absolute minimal risk, virtual IT resources, and enhanced data security, our Signature Plasmon Platinum service will exceed their expectations," he added.
