New Version of Blancco Data Erasure Portable Kit

Blancco Ltd. announced a new version of its portable data erasure kit. The Blancco Kit is a portable tool for performing data erasure at multiple sites, for example setting up quickly and easily in various warehouses storing obsolete computers.

According to Sami Tuupanen Technical Specialist at Blancco: "Blancco has built on the success of our previous version. Working closely with customers to add extra value based on first hand experience. Our customers can now not only have a convenient portable tool for data erasure, they also have the efficiency of label printing from this fully supported with warranty solution."

"The Blancco Kit offers great efficiency. In a single day just one engineer can erase 160 computers, share detailed reporting to meet compliance requirements and label the computers in readiness to resell or redeploy. All of which can be done on or off-site. It is also highly customisable, using the built-in configuration tool our customers can select only their individual required erasure steps in order to streamline the process."

The latest Blancco Kit is contained in an attractive carry-on aluminium case. The included hardware and top brand server platform uses specially developed management console software for erasure client license management, label printing with the included printer, report sharing and database backup. All the necessary networking cables for multiple and simultaneous erasure are included as are a quick set up guide and software manual.
