Cirago Debuts NAS and RAID Solutions

Based in Sunnyvale, CA, Cirago International Ltd, a manufacturer of storage and wireless products, will debut a series of NAS and RAID storage solutions at the annual Consumer Electronic Show (CES).


NAS1000
The Cirago NAS1000 Network External Hard Drive is a full-featured, high performance network attached storage for the home or small office network. It is simple to setup and use, and offers cost-effective storage, backup and file sharing. The Cirago NAS1000 features password security for user and access management, embedded FTP and Samba servers.

RMS1000
The Cirago 2.5” RMS1000 Portable Storage is a compact, complete RAID solution using two 2.5” hard disks mounted in one portable mini drive package. It can be configured for maximum storage, maximum speed or mirrored for data redundancy. When used in mirror mode, the RMS1000 series maintains data in two disk drives simultaneously and securely. If one drive fails, the RMS1000 series automatically switches operations to the functional drive and after new hard disk has been swapped in, the data is written back, restoring the fault-tolerance.

RST1000
Finally, the Cirago RST1000 RAID is a full-featured, high-performance RAID for the home or small office. Using two 3.5” SATA hard disks, the Cirago RST1000 can be configured by hardware switch or software control for maximum storage, maximum speed or mirrored for data redundancy.
