N Able Expands Its Technology Alliance Program

IT professionals need the ability to leverage a diverse tech stack to drive the right outcomes as they face growing IT complexity, cyberthreats, and data sets. N‑able continues to partner with a robust network of IT companies, to offer a wide range of integrations that enhance automation and operational efficiency while helping to strengthen cyber resilience.

By collaborating with top-tier 3rd-party vendors, the company equips its partners to deliver secure, efficient, and tailored IT management services, helping them navigate a changing digital landscape while upholding high standards for cybersecurity, automation, and operational efficiency. TAP plays a key role in equipping partners with the tools and resources needed to meet the demands of digital economy and provide exceptional service to global small-midmarket customers across industries.

New integrations in N‑able’s TAP include:

  • Xurrent: An AI-powered ITSM platform designed to help IT professionals enhance automation and service management capabilities. Xurrent ITSM enables automated ticket creation, intelligent workflow automation, and real-time system monitoring directly within N‑central.

  • ScalePad Lifecycle Manager: An advanced platform for automating the lifecycle management of IT assets, now supports an enhanced integration for further enrichment of asset data in N‑central, enhancing resilience, efficiency, and service delivery for our shared partners.
  • Rewst: Building on the success of Rewst’s integration with N‑central, this collaboration now includes integration with Cove to streamline day-to-day operations by allowing users to automate processes such as user and device onboarding, backup monitoring and ticketing, and billing and invoice reconciliation.
  • Derdack Signl4: A powerful mobile incident management and notification platform that integrates with N‑central, Signl4 delivers fast, automated notifications for critical incidents, helping businesses respond to urgent threats and operational issues in real-time, reducing downtime and minimizing risk.
  • Webroot by OpenText DNS Protection: DNS protection that integrates with N‑central and N‑sight to deliver enhanced cybersecurity features, offering the ability to block malicious websites and prevent phishing attacks, ensuring a higher level of security for end-users while reducing operational risks.

We’re thrilled to announce these new integrations, which significantly expand the options available to our partners as they look to enhance IT management and security for their customers,” said Dave Lefkowitz, director, business development, N‑able. “The flexibility and variety these integrations bring to the N‑able Ecoverse allow MSPs to choose the solutions that best meet their clients’ needs, allowing them to stay ahead of the curve in an ever-evolving digital landscape and more efficiently battle growing cyberthreats.
