Rubrik New Office in Bangalore

As part of its expansion plans in India, Rubrik, Inc. announces plans for a new office space in Bangalore to open in mid-2025.

The new facility will combine product development, product management, customer support, and global recovery operations under one roof.

Rubrik is committed to hiring talent from top universities in India as part of the expansion. Since 2017, many of the World Finalists in the prestigious ICPC International Collegiate Programming Contest. have chosen to join Rubrik from their graduating class.

Rubrik’s journey in India began in 2017 with the opening of its first office in Bangalore, making India one of the key early markets in the APAC region. In 2019, Rubrik launched its R&D centre in Bangalore, which  serves as a hub for data security and ransomware recovery innovation. In addition, the company has active sales and presales teams in Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore.

Since October 2024, India has more than 941 million Internet subscribers.
“As data grows, so do AI-driven cyber threats, pushing organizations to innovate. The rise of agentic AI presents immense opportunities, especially for scaling AI on cloud platforms. India is a critical growth market for us, and to reflect its importance we’re also innovating in operations and support to enable our customers’ success,” Sinha added.

Rubrik’s new office in Bangalore is being thoughtfully designed to prioritize the employees’ comfort, wellness, and engagement – including:

• Fitness and Wellness: A fully equipped gym, changing rooms, showers, all-gender restrooms/showers, a wellness center, a mother’s room, nap rooms, and a meditation room.
