Vultr Completes Financing With LuminArx and AMD Ventures at $3.5 Billion Valuation

Vultr will use this new equity financing to support its accelerated global expansion in AI infrastructure and cloud computing. Building on more than a decade of operating history, The company’s new financing helps further its mission to be the AI infrastructure and cloud computing partner of choice for enterprises and AI innovators globally.

Founded in 2014 by David Aninowsky and self-funded for over a decade, The firm provides scalability, global reach, compliance, and price-to-performance for AI infrastructure and cloud computing. With this equity financing, Vultr is expanding access to global cloud infrastructure to enable a new era of AI-native applications. With 32 cloud data center regions across six continents, Vultr is globally-available, independent, full-stack AI infrastructure and cloud computing platform.

This investment will enable the company to expand its WW cloud GPU fleet to support enterprise customers and AI innovators building, deploying, and scaling AI WW.
