He will focus on channel development, recruitment of partners, and hiring to grow the sales team. Object First continues to enroll strategic leaders at a rapid pace, as the company rapidly expands across Europe.
In 2Q24, it achieved a 300% Y/Y increase in transacting partners, a testament to the company’s dedication to building a strong global channel ecosystem. Firm’s Partner Program, built on a 100% channel model, was specifically designed to empower resellers in meeting the growing demand for a highly secure backup storage solution that is immutable out-of-the-box and doesn’t require security expertise.

Hannah has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, successfully recruiting and leading teams that delivered significant growth. As a founder of Noima Consultancy, he helped organizations expand through optimized strategy and sales execution. Previously, he held key sales leadership positions at Netgear, TD Synnex, and BT.
