Annual Salary and Total Compensation of Top Executives of Backblaze

In a SEC filing (page 20), dated April 5, 2024, Backblaze, Inc. revealed the salary and total compensation earned during FY22 and FY23 by its main executive officers. We add the figures for FY20 and FY21.

The board is generally not very generous with its executives compared with other storage companies even if it’s a small firm.

Note that, for FY23, company’s revenue reached $28.7 million, up 25% Y/Y, with net loss as usual since inception.
