• First issue was published in February 1988.

• Number of different paid subscribers over the life of the publication: 1,121, of which a plurality are from USA (32%), then France (17%), UK, (11%), Japan (5%), Germany (5%), and the rest of the world (30%).
• The very first subscriber was Jim Porter, president of Disk/Trend. The most recent subscriber was Yoichi Usui, director of market research at StorageTek.
