Plextor SSD RMA Services Transfer to Solid State Storage Technology Corporation

Plextor SSD announced an update to its customer service.

Starting January 1, 2024, the RMA services for Plextor SSD products will be entirely transferred to SSSTC (Solid State Storage Technology Corporation ).

In a move to offer enhanced customer service, Plextor SSD has decided to shift its RMA services to SSSTC. Recognized as a manufacturer SSD manufacturer In Taiwan, SSSTC is renowned for its customer service.

Beginning January 1, 2024, Plextor SSD users will be able to directly access and apply for RMA services via the official website of SSSTC. To better accommodate the needs of a global clientele, the website is available in 3 language versions: traditional Chinese, simplified Chinese, and English, ensuring all users can obtain the necessary information and support.
