Raidon iR2823 Internal RAID SATA in 2 CD-ROM Bays for 2×3.5-Inch and 1×2.5-Inch HDD/SSD

Raidon, a brand name of Raidon Technology, Inc, announces iR2823 internal RAID storage designed in 2 CD-ROM bays for 2×3.5” HDD/SSD and 1x 2.5” HDD/SSD, comes with 3.5” tray with key lock and provides 2×3.5”disk tray for RAID-1/0 and 1×2.5” disk tray for independent volume.

The iR2823 is made up of 2 RAID disk arrays support RAID-1/0 and an independent JBOD that has the separate SATA host interface. It provides users diversified applications, that users can use 1×2.5” SSD as a booting disk to speed up the system performance, and set RAID-1 disk array as a data disk to protect the data security. Or users can use RAID-1 disk array as a booting disk, and install 1×2.5” SSD as a remote backup disk to save the large data. 

The iR2823 provides RAID button setting, LCD display and LED indicators for system monitoring during operation, so that users can check the status of system. It also comes with visual and audio alarms whenever failure occurs. The fail signal will be lighting and beeping when the device fails, so users can turn off the mute switch to avoid constant buzzing and noise.

It also comes with the 2×3.5” hot swappable metal drive trays with key lock to secure the drive in place and to protect the data safely. Besides, it is equipped with the 6cm silent fan for the better heat dissipation and the usage of hard drives extension.

The iR2823 is a dual function storage, offering the backup data security and also for on the go data transport. It is a choice RAID internal storage and for applications uses on professional workstations, file servers, and real-time backup storage systems.
