Nakivo Customer Base Grew by 24% Y/Y in 1FQ22

Revenue:
Revenue in the AsiaPac grew by 76% in comparison to 1FQ21. In 1FQ22, of the total revenue, 59% came from the EMEA, 29% came from the Americas, and 12% came from the AsiaPac.
The top producers of revenue in 1FQ22 for were USA, Germany, and Italy.
Revenue grew more than 100% Q/Q in Armenia, Belgium, Bermuda, Bulgaria, Dominican Republic, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Mexico, Nepal, Panama, Serbia, South Korea, Thailand, Ukraine, and others.
Customers:
Presently, the company has over 22,000 paid customers in 171 countries. The customer base grew by 24% in 1FQ22 vs. 1FQ21. The number of new customers grew by 21% in EMEA, by 21% in the AsiaPac, and by 17% in the Americas. For the first time, the company gained customers from Sudan and Tanzania.
A sample of customers in 1FQ22 includes the State Agency of Automobile Roads of Ukraine, Group Eiffage France, Integrated Clinical Systems US, EITB-Media, Commune di Marano Vicentino.
Some examples of customer success stories in 1FQ22 include REKIND (NAKIVO Helps an Engineering Firm Maintain Business Continuity with VM Replication) and iTEAM (NAKIVO Helps a Research Centre Save Time on Backup Administration).
Technology Partners:
In 1FQ22 NAKIVO delivered its solutions via technology partners, as more enterprises and SMBs chose to install its Backup & Replication on partner hardware. Particularly, ASUSTOR NAS installations grew by 156% in 1FQ22 vs. 1FQ21.
Solution Partners:
Currently, the vendor has over 7,000 software solution providers as Partners across the Americas, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and the AsiaPac. In 1FQ22, 271 new solution providers joined its Partner Program and now offer its products to their enterprise and SMB customers. New partners from Sudan and Tanzania joined the Partner Program for the first time.
Managed Service Providers:
NAKIVO’s Managed Service Provider Program enables managed service, cloud, and hosting providers to deliver VM backup-as-a-service (BaaS), VM replication as a service (RaaS), and VM disaster recovery-as-aservice (DRaaS) for their customers. In 1FQ22, the number of MSPs grew by 40% vs. 1FQ22. For the first time, MSPs from Guadalupe, Iceland, Kazakhstan, and Mali joined the partner program.
