Experience in HPC storage at Intel and then DDN

In his new role overseeing sales and business development WW, he will leverage his more than 25 years of experience to further boost HPC storage revenue growth.
“Bret is uniquely qualified to lead our global sales team as we expand our presence in many verticals and the commercial HPC storage market,” said Brian Peterson, Panasas. “He is a terrific addition to our management team to help us expand the market for reliable, high-performance and low-maintenance storage, which has been serving our partners and customers for nearly 20 years.”
Costelow’s experience in HPC storage spans many years at Intel and then DDN Storage, developing the ecosystem and global channel sales for Intel solutions with the open-source Lustre parallel file system. Under his leadership, global channels were developed, ecosystem development expanded, and Lustre was introduced into global markets at more than three times the industry-standard growth rate.
