ScaleMP Sold to SAP Last June
Old start-up in virtualization for high-end computing

Founded in 2003, the old start-up, located in Fort Lee, NJ, and into virtualization for high-end computing, got a total of $18 million in financial founding, including $8 million in 2008 and $10 million in 2018.
So we investigate and found that SAP acquired the company before the summer according to this article.
Also one of its founder and long time CTO, Shai Fultheim, works now as CTO and chief expert, future computing platforms at Huawei, after around 18 years at ScaleMP.
