As a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), the company processes upwards of 30,000 orders, 40,000 invoices and shipments to all 34 provinces in Indonesia daily, meaning an hour of downtime would have tremendous implications on business operations, which would lead to considerable losses.
