The ranking list for SPC-1 benchmark test, the international storage performance test, was released by the world-renowned standards body Storage Performance Council. The advancement of industrial digitization and digital industrialization makes real-time storage and processing of massive data an increasingly important task for industry players. Performance is a key consideration for enterprises in selecting storage systems in IO-intensive application scenarios such as cloud-based key services, commercial HPC, and big data analysis. The SPC-1 benchmark test involves 3 standard test procedures – metrics, repeatability, and persistence – to evaluate a storage system’s ability to process complex requests and a large volume of data.

The firm’s success in achieving these results can be attributed to its technological innovations and in storage controllers. The company’s integrated parallel storage system is a system with an ‘all-in-one’ minimalist architecture. It leverages dozens of nodes efficiently to provide storage service and allows linear scaling of performance. At the same time, its iTurbo intelligent acceleration engine, which is based on software stack algorithms such as intelligent IO balancing, intelligent resource scheduling and intelligent metadata management, works with the company’s developed NVMe SSDs for system-level joint debugging and optimization, providing millions of IO/s in a balanced manner at lower latencies and maximizing the performance of the storage system. A large number of the firm’s storage systems have been deployed in emerging applications in various industries such as astronomy, neuroscience, and petroleum prospecting, and has received broad recognition for its proven maturity.

The company has been investing in emerging fields such as distributed storage and all-flash storage. According to the latest data from Gartner for the global storage market, the firm has earned the fifth position in sales in the storage market.
