20% Revenue Growth for Nakivo in 1Q21
36% in the EMEA region representing 67% of global sales

It announces 36% revenue growth in the EMEA region in this quarter.
In 1Q21, NAKIVO accomplished the following:
Revenue: It grew by 20% WW in comparison to 1Q20. Of the total revenue, 67% came from the EMEA region, 27% came from the Americas, and 6% came from AsiaPac. The highest producers of revenue were USA, Germany, and France. Revenue grew more than 100% Q/Q in Bulgaria, Colombia, Norway, Tunisia, Romania, Denmark, Georgia, France, Ukraine, El Salvador, Angola, Poland, Lichtenstein, Mexico, Sweden, Panama, Finland, Ireland, Croatia, South Korea, Hungary, Brazil, among others.
Customers: Presently, the company has over 18,000 paid customers in 151 countries. The customer base grew by 25% in 1Q21 over 1Q20. The number of new customers grew by 26% in the EMEA region, by 26% in AsiaPac, and by 20% in the Americas. It gained the company’s first customers in Burkina Faso and Moldova. Enterprises continue to choose Nakivo Backup & Replication as their preferred data protection solution, with new deployments growing by 60% in 1Q21 over 2Q20.
A sample of customers in 1Q21 includes College of Southern Maryland, UCL Hospitals NHS Trust, Cisco Systems Inc., House of Moves, DC-Courbevoie, Sogec Informatique, UTB, Foxconn de Baja California.
Some examples of customer success stories in 1Q21 include: Gürallar (NAKIVO protects hybrid environment of a holding company), South Tyrol Museum of Archeology (NAKIVO helps museum improve VM Recovery), and the Town of DeWitt (The Town of DeWitt protects public services with NAKIVO).
Technology partners: In 1Q21, the firm delivered its solutions via Synology, Qnap, ASUSTOR, NETGEAR, and Western Digital, as more enterprises and SMBs chose to install Backup & Replication on partner hardware. Particularly, NETGEAR ReadyNAS installations grew by 10% in 1Q21 over 1Q20.
Solution partners: Currently, the firm has 6,000 software solution providers as partners across the Americas, Europe, Africa, the Middle-East, and the AsiaPac region. In 1Q21, 258 new solution providers joined the NAKIVO Partner Program and now offer NAKIVO products to their enterprise and SMB customers.
MSPs: Company’s MSP Program enables managed service, cloud, and hosting providers to deliver backup as a service (BaaS), VM replication as a service (RaaS), and VM DR as a service (DRaaS) for their customers. In 1Q21, the number of MSPs grew by 44% over 1Q20. NAKIVO also signed up the company’s first partners from Uganda, Cote d’Ivoire, Malawi, Taiwan, Egypt, and Nicaragua.
