Addlink P20 Portable USB 3.2 Gen2 Key Up to 2TB SSD

Addlink Technology announced the P20 portable SSD that features read and write speeds up to 1,050MB/s and 1,000MB/s via USB 3.2 Gen2 (10Gb/s).

Transfer and backup larger-sized files in seconds
It uses a USB 3.2 Gen2 interface with a USB Type-C connector. The maximum sequential R/W speed can reach up to 1,050/1,000MB/s, which is nearly 10s faster than traditional USB 3.2 Gen2 portable HDD. Also, it is completely backward compatible with USB 3.1/3.0/2.0/1.1 interface.

M.2 NVMe Gen3x4 TLC SSD inside
Inside the P20 is an addlink M.2 NVMe Gen3x4 2280 TLC SSD. The company is in the use of 3D TLC flash in the drive (compared to the QLC NAND used in other brand portable SSD) for endurance and performance to assists with handling heavier data.

The USB to M.2 SSD bridge chip is the latest Realtek Semiconductor Corp. PCIe/SATA to USB combo bridge (RTL9210B). It could barely hit 10Gb/s.

The P20 is including higher 512GB, 1TB and 2TB capacities with lighter weight (58g) and smaller dimensions (10.2×3.3×1.1cm)

Aluminum shell and cooling fin cover for heat dissipation design. To stay cool for reliable data transfer. Unlike HDDs, this SSD has no moving parts, so it is more shock and vibration resistance and has silent operation.
