Qnap TS-932PX 9-Bay Desktop NAS With 2x10GbE SFP+ and 2.5GbE RJ45

Qnap Systems, Inc. launched the TS-932PX, a compact 9-bay NAS featuring 2x10GbE SFP+ and 2.5GbE RJ45 ports with 4 2.5-inch 6Gb SATA bays for dedicated SSD caching.

It supports multi-cloud backup, cloud storage gateways, remote access, AI photo management and additional features for SMB to build a fast network environment.

With a quad-core 1.7GHz processor, 4GB DDR4 RAM (expandable to 16GB), 2x10GbE SFP+ ports, and 2×2.5GbE ports, it provides the performance and connectivity to make next-gen networking for businesses and organizations. It marks the company’s commitment to high-speed networking alongside other solutions like the firm’s 10GbE/2.5GbE managed/unmanaged switches and network adapters.

To assist in maximizing the performance gains from 10GbE and 2.5GbE connectivity, the TS-932PX includes 4 dedicated 2.5-inch 6Gb SATA bays for SSD caching and Qtier auto-tiering technology. The durability and long-term performance of SSDs can also be maximized by using SSD extra over-provisioning.

The app-driven OS of the TS-932PX provides many solutions for various business needs. HybridMount and VJBOD Cloud provides file-based and block-based cloud gateways for cloud storage, QVR Pro provides a professional surveillance solution, and HBS features backup, restoration and synchronization tools to ensure that data is well preserved. Also featured is the Notification Center, which centralizes all system alerts and warnings for simplified administration tasks, and a Security Counselor which features anti-malware scanning and provides advice for strengthening security settings.

The storage capacity of the TS-932PX can also be expanded to fit growing storage and business demands by using the company’s TL and TR series USB storage expansion enclosures.
