Masahiro Arai COO, SIOS

SIOS Technology Corp. has appointed Masahiro Arai to the newly-created position of COO.

He will oversee the company’s day-to-day business operations, shaping its strategic plans, and aligning priorities across WW sales, marketing, product management and engineering teams.

SIOS is headquartered in San Mateo, CA with US R&D located in Columbia, SC.

He reports to chairman, president and CEO Nobuo Kita.
 
The company is now positioned to meet the growing global demands for SIOS’ HA clustering software for critical applications like SQL Server, Oracle and SAP operating in physical, virtual and cloud environments.

Most recently, Masahiro served as CEO of BayPOS where he developed and executed software product and support strategies and led a distributed team responsible for product development, quality assurance, software deployment, and customer support. He currently works in the San Mateo, CA office.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Electronic Engineering, Robotics from Tokyo Denki University.
