Innodisk NVMe BGA Up to 512GB NanoSSD

Innodisk Corporation is launching the NVMe BGA SSD, an integrated NanoSSD solution with a small footprint in a SiP package, with the form factor of 11.5x13mm and in the memory capacities 32, 64, 128, 256 and 512GB.

The power consumption is <2mW at non-operating state or at max. 2.0W in read/write operation on the 512GB version, making it for use in battery-powered applications without sacrificing performance. With the PCIe Gen 3×2 NVME 1.3 a flexible interface is used. The working temperature range is between -40°C and +85°C. Thermal protection is provided by an integrated temperature sensor. Data security is ensured by using AES 256 encryption engine and TCG Opal support.

Typical applications are IoT, embedded systems, mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets and server boot. The storage solution is also suitable for use in consumer electronics as well as in industrial control and monitoring technology.
