Proact Partnered With Ironscales

To offer managed anti-phishing service

Proact IT Group AB announced details of a partnership with Ironscales Ltd, in self-learning email security.

Ironscales

Through this collaboration, Proact will offer a managed anti-phishing service, powered by the Ironscales platform, where customers can leverage mailbox-level protection without the need for manual, in-house remediation.

With thousands of email phishing attacks plaguing inboxes across the world, it is nearly impossible for organisations to keep up with the influx of customer-reported incidents,” said Eyal Benishti, Ironscales founder and CEO. “As phishing threats continue to grow in sophistication and prevalence, we are excited to work with Proact to offer a holistic solution that prevents, detects and remediates phishing threats, lending well-needed support to IT teams.

As a result of this partnership, Proact customers can benefit from:

  • 24/7 phishing threat detection and one-click reporting to the Proact security operations centre (SOC) team
  • Efficient remediation guidance from the security team, straight to end-users
  • Significantly reduced mean time to respond (MTTR) through human and machine integration
  • Mailbox-level protection that can identify sophisticated business email compromise attacks

Supporting our customers in a hyper-connected world, we recognised a growing demand for an anti-phishing service that could help protect organisations from cyber threats,” said Tim Simons, security product manager, Proact UK. “Our partnership with Ironscales will give us the opportunity to provide our customers with a powerful detection and response service with ongoing support from our experienced SOC team.

Ironscales’ threat detection platform has attracted over 1,000 customers across financial services, healthcare, retail, education and other industries. The company’s channel program also boasts more than 50 partners. In addition, it was awarded Cyber Defence Magazine’s Global Award for Best Anti-Phishing Solution and the company was also recognised earlier this year as an Emerging Vendor by CRN for the second year in a row.

With more than a decade of experience in offering managed services, in recent years Proact has extended its internal security function out to customers. Its 24/7 SOCs feature specialist security talent who follow service delivery and transition processes. The firm offers a range of managed security services, including managed SIEM and vulnerability assessment and intelligence services.
