Annapolis Micro Systems: SOSA-Aligned 100GbE VPX Storage Boards

Annapolis storage boards include full BSP,
with ability to develop in GUI or HDL environment
They are designed to handle the highest bandwidth and density data recording requirements.
The WildStar 6SN0 6U OpenVPX storage board features 64TB of capacity in a single 1-inch 6U slot, and up to 10GB/s R/W bandwidth. The 6SN0 is shipping.
The WildStar 3SN0 3U OpenVPX storage board features 32TB of capacity in a single 1-inch 3U slot, and up to 5GB/s R/W bandwidth. Orders are being accepted for 3SN0, with shipping starting in June 2020.
Greater depth and bandwidth are readily attained via multiple storage boards.
These boards feature a Xilinx Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC, which allows for standalone operation, and for several interfaces that can operate simultaneously. Options include PCIe, Aurora, 40/100GbE, and user-defined protocols.
MPSoC also delivers multiple levels of hardware and software security.
Industry-leading bandwidth is made possible by 25Gbps+ FPGA transceivers and high-density MULTIGIG RT3 backplane interconnects, which deliver 100Gb per fat pipe. VITA 66 optical I/O is available to the backplane or front panel.
The company’s boards are built for reliable deployment in harsh environments. They feature a rugged design and are available in industrial temperature grades, with air, conduction, air-flow-through, or liquid cooling. The boards are hot swappable and backplane connectors are rated for 10,000 insertion cycles.

The 6SN0 and 3SN0 storage boards are readily integrated into any SOSA-aligned VPX system, or deployed within the firm’s WILD100 EcoSystem.
