For this reason, Reevert Software, LLC stays up to date with firmware upgrades to deliver improved storage capabilities that keep users’ data protected in the event of a ransomware strike.

The firmware version 1.14.3.0 adds functionality to manage and support locally authenticated users, expands image backup mount capabilities, and lets users enforce an image backup mode while performing manual backups. The workgroup edition has been upgraded to benefit from the locally authenticated users feature.

This update also introduces support for the Microsoft Azure Cloud platform – available soon on the Azure Marketplace. In addition, the company supports Azure Cloud Storage to store users’ off-site backups.

Alongside this update, the company provides improved support for Google Cloud Storage by adding AES-256 encryption.

The cloud panel has also been updated to include support for scheduled cloud commands as well as many minor usability fixes and improvements.

Finally, with additional system enhancements and global firmware performance improvements in place, this firmware update delivers the necessary elements for storage protection.
