PhotoPlus Expo: Lexar Professional CFexpress Type B Memory Card

Lexar, owned by Shenzhen Longsys Electronics Co., Ltd., a Chinese company, announced the Professional CFexpress Type B memory card.

Designed to meet the needs of videographers and photographers, it supplies performance to capture high-quality images and seamless RAW 4K video. As it leverages the capabilities of next gen high-definition cinema and DSLR cameras, this rugged card supports both PCIe Gen 3 and NVMe protocol while providing high-speed performance, durability, and reliability, with a read transfer speed of up to 1,750MB/s ⁽¹⁾.

The Professional CFexpress Type B card is available for presale at an MSRP of $199.99 (128GB), and $399.99 (256GB) with 64GB and 512GB to be announced at a future date.

All company’s product designs undergo testing in the firm’s labs, facilities with more than 1,100 digital devices, to ensure performance, quality, compatibility, and reliability.

The 1TB Professional 633x SDXC UHS-I card is available at an MSRP of $499.99.

The company will be exhibiting at this year’s PhotoPlus Expo held at Javits Convention Center in New York City, New York, on October 24-26.
