Insight Adding Cohesity to OneCall Support and Managed Services Offerings

This option provides company’s clients with a dedicated team to accelerate Cohesity-related issue resolution and conduct day-to-day monitoring and reporting, either a la carte or in conjunction with other storage, compute and/or networking technologies used in their data centers.
The company added Cohesity to its suite of technical support and managed services offerings because of the market demand for data protection capabilities across both on- and off-premises environments. With Cohesity’s range of data sources as well as file system capabilities that interact with virtually every component of the IT infrastructure, the firm’s expertise across all data center technologies both inside and outside the enterprise can expedite root cause analysis for Cohesity users while also helping optimize their use of the Cohesity DataPlatform.
