Zerto in Cross-Selling Agreement With Microsoft
To deliver multi-cloud resilience and application mobility capabilities with IT Resilience Platform
This is a Press Release edited by StorageNewsletter.com on May 2, 2018 at 2:36 pmZerto Ltd has a cross-selling agreement with Microsoft Corp., meaning Zerto sales teams and channel partners are incentivised to co-sell and cross-sell Zerto’s IT Resilience Platform and Azure, aligning its enterprise sales motion with Microsoft sales teams.
Enterprise customers realise savings with Zerto and Azure by eliminating redundant recovery data centres and hardware and automating their environment recovery. With Zerto, Microsoft customers also benefit from a way to adopt Azure and utilise their existing Microsoft enterprise agreements.
“Due to this new, symbiotic business relationship with Microsoft, we are now able to package Zerto and Microsoft Azure with combined services and support as a co-selling opportunity that will improve profits and cash flow for channel partners,” said Peter Kerr, director of global alliances, Zerto. “Microsoft’s partners in the channel can now more easily benefit from Zerto’s technology and support, while Zerto’s channel partners benefit from easier access to Microsoft’s ecosystem, Azure technology and support.“
Proven Azure Solution from a Reliable Partner
The Zerto IT Resilience Platform is tested to work with Azure services. Zerto’s platform is available in the Azure Marketplace for both enterprise agreement and pay-as-you-go customers.
Zerto has also earned a Microsoft Gold Partner status for cloud.
Microsoft Azure-to-Azure Replication with Zerto’s IT Resilience Platform
Zerto’s latest platform release introduced bi-directional replication to and from Azure. The platform supports replication between Azure regions. Supporting full replication between Azure regions and data centres offers customers a new level of IT resiliency by allowing them to continue to use the Zerto platform they are familiar with once they are fully transitioned into Azure as their primary environment.
Additionally, Zerto’s platform supports several new Azure regions, including Azure Government, Germany and China.
Zerto Connects Production Azure Workloads to Other Public Clouds
Zerto’s latest platform release also introduces multi-cloud workload mobility and protection between Azure, AWS, IBM Cloud and more than 350 cloud service providers. This feature set enables customers to choose one cloud provider as the primary ‘production’ location; allowing failover into other cloud providers. With these abilities, Zerto enables any IT organisation to meet legal, compliance and business requirements demanding multi-cloud presence and multi-cloud IT resilience.
