The result is a scalable, resilient file storage system, supporting industry-standard NFSv3 and GPFS distributed file system protocols at one million random file IO/s, 50GB/s read and 20GB/s write bandwidth, and up to 180TB of protected capacity. In addition, the system supports file-based snapshots/clones and replication, as well as data-at-rest encryption at full performance.

We are excited to be exhibiting at SC17, the premier HPC show, along with our business partner Jeskell. Vexata’s Scalable File Storage System compliments our solid state storage portfolio and helps businesses realize significant gains in productivity while lowering operational expenses,” said Zahid Hussain, CEO, Vexata. “Our leading business partnerships allow us to scale the routes to market for our file storage system.

Greg Lefelar, SVP, Jeskell Systems, IBM Platinum partner and Vexata business partner, added: “We are excited to be part of Vexata’s partner program and take Vexata’s Scalable File Storage System to market, as it offers the most scalable file storage system to our key customers, enabling them to solve technical and business challenges they are not able to address with any other system in the market.
