Ranajit Nevatia has joined Rubrik, Inc. last April as VP business development and alliances.

With recent funding and momentum in the industry, the company wishes to accelerate the business with new channels and alliances. The background of Nevatia will help the company to reach new levels.

It’s a surprise as it has formerly a higher position, CEO of Datagres Technologies, Inc. for 2 years and 7 months, replaced by Srinivasan Vishwanathan.

He was previously SVP product and marketing at Bitcasa, VP marketing at Panzura, and, before that, worked at Riverbed, Asempra and Veritas Software.
