SEP and catWorkX Introduce Backup and Recovery Solution for Atlassian JIRA Applications

SEP AG offers a backup solution for Atlassian JIRA applications together with the Atlassian plug-in expert catWorkX GmbH.

Preview version was presented at  Atlassian Summit in San Francisco, CA, from November 3 – 5, 2015.

SEP, manufacturer of platform-independent hybrid backup and DR solutions, and catWorkX, company that specializes in Atlassian plug-ins, introduced the preview version of the first backup and recovery solution for JIRA applications like JIRA Core, JIRA Service Desk, JIRA Software at the 2015 Atlassian Summit in San Francisco, CA. JIRA started off as a project and process tracking tool for agile teams and has also strongly established itself with business and IT teams within a very short period of time. For the first time ever, complete infrastructures can now be protected directly out of the JIRA environment and be restored in case of a disaster using SEP sesam. The catWorkX plug-in ‘SEP sesam Backup for JIRA’ and the Linux-based SEP sesam Backup Server included in the package form a flexible unit. Staging systems for testing and development purposes can be added quickly and easily, and backup strategies can be adapted to individually suit the growing system demands.
