The Security, Support & Storage Bundle provides Verizon small-business and residential customers with comprehensive protection from viruses and malware on many connected devices; premium tech support to help keep customers’ technology running smoothly; and cloud storage for files, videos, photos and more.

According to the February 2015 McAfee Labs Threats Report, more than 380 new samples of malware are detected every minute, or more than six every second. Additionally, Verizon’s 2015 Data Breach Investigations Report notes that cyberattacks could be prevented through a more vigilant approach to cybersecurity, as many existing vulnerabilities remain open primarily because security patches that have long been available were never implemented.

“Customers have told us that they’re running out of digital shelf space for their online purchases, documents and media files,” said Carson Burrus, product manager, security solutions senior, Verizon.

The premium tech support feature will enable small-business owners totalk with business-class support experts round-the-clock, troubleshoot new or existing software, assist with switching from a former provider, and provide preventative and diagnostic support.

Residential customers can get the same round-the-clock help on setting up their home-theater system, syncing up devices to smart appliances and more.

Security, Support & Storage Bundle includes:

• Internet Security suite – Comprehensive protection from malicious Internet threats like viruses and malware for all devices, including PCs, laptops, and Android smartphones and tablets.

• Premium technical support – Unlimited, 24/7 tech support from certified technicians. Tech support is available in both English and Spanish.

• Verizon cloud – cloud storage (size varies) to help backup, store, share, access and protect digital videos, photos and other files.

Residential customers have two bundle options, based on cloud-storage size: $9.99 per month for 75GB of storage, or $14.99 per month for 150GB. The prices do not include applicable taxes.

Small-business customers have three choices: $14.99 per month for 75GB of cloud storage, $19.99 per month for 150GB, or $24.99 per month for 250GB.
