Paul Zuhorski VP Software Product Management, Virident

Virident Systems Inc. announced the appointment of former Xyratex SVP of development, network storage systems, Paul Zuhorski, as the company’s new VP of software product management.

He brings more than 15 years of product management experience to Virident, where he will be responsible for product management and marketing for the FlashMAX Connect suite of products.

"Flash storage, and particularly PCIe, is at the forefront of this evolution. Paul’s experience will ensure that Virident will continue to lead the market in shared server-side flash."

 Zuhorski joins Virident from Xyratex, where he was SVP of development for network storage systems providing solutions to customers such as NetApp, EqualLogic/Dell, IBM and Data Domain/EMC. Previously, he served as executive director of the advanced solutions group at ADIC managing their StorNext and VTL solutions. he has also founded an enterprise storage software company, Invio, which was sold to Veritas/Symantec in 2004 for $35 million, and held senior product management roles at Legato before that.
