EarthLink Launches Cloud DR Solution

EarthLink,
Inc. launched its Cloud Disaster Recovery service, the last in its suite of
virtualization solutions that help businesses tackle IT challenges
and keep pace with technology.

A cloud-based replication server that
requires minimal resources, it protects data, applications and the
operating environment from man-made accidents, power outages, natural
disasters, and server crashes by replicating the primary server
environment to an EarthLink cloud data center. In the event of a
failure the solution can be spun up to replace the client’s primary
servers and keep employees productive and the business up and
running.

With diverse SSAE 16 data centers
located throughout the country and linked to the company’s nationwide
IP network, customers can choose the location option for their DR
solution.
