Free Email Archiving Appliance by ArcMail

Celebrating their 5th year of innovation, ArcMail Technology is announcing a departure from how the category charges for email archiving and management solutions. For a 60-day market trial, ArcMail will provide their appliance at no cost with a three year or five year, worry free archiving engagement. Also announced are price reductions for all ArcMail appliances.

"We listened to industry experts, current customers and other smart people looking to purchase a locally hosted email management solution. They told us that the industry hadn’t gotten pricing quite right," shared Chief Executive Officer, Todd Gates. "So this isn’t a matter of burying the appliance cost elsewhere in pricing, this is addressing the marketplace demand for lower implementation cost of on-site archiving solutions in exchange for longer, worry free relationships. The durability of our products and quality of our customer service puts us in a position to address that demand."

Unlike competitors who require the customer to purchase product support as a condition of owning their hardware, ArcMail chooses to reward customers who purchase extended product support with a cost free appliance. W. New five year options for hardware and software support are available and instant hardware replacement options now provide the customer with an immediate replacement for ArcMail products in the unlikely event your appliance is damaged or destroyed through no fault of your own.

ArcMail credits the reduced pricing and free appliance offering to increased efficiencies in the manufacturing process, improvements in its proprietary firmware, and a streamlined development process. ArcMail VP of Product Development Norman Graham adds: "Our solution is the best engineered in the industry.  New efficiencies in our operations, development, and fabrication phases gave us the ability to pass additional savings to our customer."

Major new features include a reengineered operating system and database structure enabling triple digit increases in indexing speeds and functionality enhancements such as Retention Policies, Litigation Holds, and new user interface. While the company is open to making this a permanent move, reaction from customers will ultimately determine that. For now, ArcMail remains open to feedback and will continue to address market needs with ongoing product development and innovations like these.
