Faye Pairman Executive-in-Residence at U.S. Venture Partners
She is the former president and CEO of 3ware.

Faye has more than 20 years of chief executive marketing and sales experience in public and private companies in the storage industry. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Storage at Applied Micro Circuits, after AMCC acquired 3ware, Inc., where she served as President and CEO. At 3ware, Faye, overhauled the company’s technology direction and operating plan, to take advantage of advances in disk storage technology and market conditions, resulting in more than 300% growth in the company’s revenue, which ultimately led to the sale of the company to AMCC.

Prior to 3ware, Faye spent eight years at Adaptec, Inc. in a number of marketing and general management positions, including running Adaptec’s largest and most profitable controller business with annual revenues to more than $600 million.

Faye holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of the Pacific and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
