Mike Coney President and CEO of Unitrends

Coney is a technology industry veteran with many years of management successes at high-growth companies.
“Mike is a seasoned leader and an expert in achieving world-class operational performance,” said Larry Wilson, chairman of the board of directors for Unitrends. “During his time on our board, Mike has provided insightful guidance for Unitrends’ sales and marketing organizations and successful strategic counsel for the company’s market development efforts. We are pleased to benefit from his leadership and expertise full time as he takes the helm for Unitrends and guides the company’s new plans for expansion and growth.”
Prior to joining Unitrends as CEO, Coney served as the president and general manager of Acronis Americas. Before his time with Acronis, Coney held various executive and management positions at high-growth companies including VERITAS, Sun Microsystems, Ingres, and Monster.com. Coney also served six years in the Armed Forces as a member of the United States Army Intelligence Team. He is a graduate of the Executive Leadership Program at the Wharton School of Business, and he earned a Bachelor’s degree from the New York Institute of Technology.
