On September 7, 2011, this firm filed a complaint for patent infringement on SSDs – and it’s probably not the first one – on the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Marshall Division, against the following SSD makers: Corsair, Fusion-io, Mushkin, OCZ, OWC, Patriot Memory, PNY and Texas Memory.
